Chocolate S’mores Cake

Inspired by the classic American s’mores combination of chocolate, marshmallow and biscuit. Thin layers of vanilla and chocolate cake with cream cheese and chocolate frosting, covered with toasted meringue and finished with a chocolate ganache drip and chocolate flakes.
